Analog Devices ADF437x synthesizers are available for sale at Mouser, offering a wide frequency range for next-generation RF and mmWave designs

November 18, 2019-Focusing on the introduction of new products and providing a large inventory of Electronic components, Mouser Electronics (Mouser Electronics) began supplying Analog Devices’ ADF4371 and ADF4372 microwave broadband synthesizers. The ADF4371 is currently one of the highest frequency synthesizers in the industry, providing ultra-wide continuous RF output from 62 MHz to 32 GHz, while the ADF4372 can operate in the range of 62 MHz to 16 GHz and is suitable for non-high frequency designs.

Analog Devices ADF4371 and ADF4372 microwave broadband synthesizers include phase locked loop (PLL), fully integrated voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), low dropout regulator (LDO), and tracking filter technology. These two devices have the industry’s lowest jitter (36fs at 10GHz). When used with an external loop filter and an external reference source, they can achieve high resolution fractional-N or integer-N phase-locked loop frequency synthesizers .

These two synthesizers are small in size, only 7 mm × 7 mm, with high bandwidth, smaller board space, high reliability, low noise, wider clock range, and higher flexibility, allowing a variety of RF The application function is more complete, suitable for the design of wireless infrastructure (MC-GSM multi-carrier global mobile communication system, 5G, etc.), test equipment and instruments, clock generators, and aerospace and defense.
